PEOPLE are being asked for their views on the plans for a new healthcare centre.
Detailed proposals for a Worthing Integrated Care Centre (WICC) are now available online as part of a public consultation.
Due to the coronavirus disruption, the plans will no longer be displayed at Worthing Town Hall, but are available via the councils’ website.
The deadline for submission of comments is April 13.
The £34 million development would provide GP, mental health, community and dentistry services as well as further services for families and children and a pharmacy.
It would also include a multi-storey car park.
The site is the car park at the back of Worthing Town Hall and the scheme would mean demolition of the existing central clinic site to make way for the new one-stop facility.
People’s comments will be fed into the design programme for further consideration before the designs are finalised for submission.
