A CRASH involving multiple cars on the A34 this morning has been cleared.
The collision happened about halfway between Abingdon and Hinksey at around 7.30am.

Lane two was closed on the road northbound and traffic is queuing from A415 Marcham Road to A423 Southern By-Pass Road (Hinksey Hill Interchange).
Our traffic feed says travel time was 45 minutes.

There were a further two incidents on the A34 southbound this morning.
One involved a stranded vehicle near Junction 9 and the other involved a car which left the road near the Islip turn off.
The county council tweeted the alert earlier.

It is not known whether anyone was hurt.
