A MAN has been reported to the procurator fiscal over an alleged shoplifting in Farmfoods.
The 57-year-old entered the store in the Clyde Shopping Centre, and reportedly stole £6.34 worth of items - five tins of Farmfoods soup and a packet of NESCAFÉ coffee.
He reportedly put the goods into a rucksack and left the shop without paying on May 7 at around 4.10pm.
Staff confronted the man outside before alerting police.
Officers attended and charged the man with a shoplifting offence.
He will be subject of a report to the procurator fiscal.
