A TEENAGER was arrested for possessing a knuckle duster, after reports of a disorder in Dudley town centre this morning.
Police were called to Ednam Road, just after 9.30am this morning (April 25) to reports of a disorder.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of possession of a knuckle duster and cannabis.
He is currently in police custody for questioning.
