OPHELIA Roach, aged nine, from Lord Scudamore Academy decided to raise some money for Hereford and Worcester Animal Rescue.
She began by selling rocks that she and her friends decorated with dog faces.
They set up a 'stall' outside Ophelia's house in Whitecross and many generous passers by purchased them.
She has continued selling the rocks and some of her old toys to reach her target goal of £100.
She donated the money to HWAR on December 9 and was lucky enough to get a cuddle with Puggle who has just been rehomed.
