THERE is a busy end to October in store at Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre in Craven Arms.
Activities include music one week and a bonfire the next.
Dipper Malkin is the ‘potent combination’ of two musicians who have spent their careers involved in ground breaking projects and they are going to be at the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre on Saturday, October 20.
John Dipper was one third of The English Acoustic Collective alongside Chris Wood and Robert Harbron and currently works with string quartet Methera and several other ensembles. Dave Malkin was a founding member of trio Tandem, which combined traditionally informed compositions with live electronics.
The following week the Discovery Centre will stage a big bonfire and firework night.
