THE summer holidays might well be over for most, but that doesn't mean that the fun has to stop!
This September, join Milly Rees on for her Vegetarian and Vegan cookery course at Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre.
If you are looking to pep up your vegan or vegetarian diet, this feel-good cookery workshop will teach you how to create exciting and nutritious plant-based dishes which you will want to turn to again and again.
Using the best seasonal produce you will explore combining flavours, colours and textures so that your cooking is both delicious to eat and beautiful to behold.
Not just for vegetarians and vegans, this hands-on day is aimed at anyone who wants learn more about the vegan way of eating. There will be lots of tips on how to adapt recipes to suit other diets including finding alternatives to wheat and refined sugars to create tasty treats.
Held in the centre’s pop up kitchen, sponsored by Ludlow Food Festival, the course is on Tuesday, September 18, running from 10am to 2pm.
