PEOPLE bringing waste for disposal at the new household recycling centre in Tenbury will need to ring a bell.
For obvious safety reasons, pedestrians are prohibited from accessing the site.
This is principally to avoid young children, who may be accompanying an adult, from running around in places where they may be at risk.
The solution will be the provision of a bell for pedestrians to use to alert the operatives to their presence, so that all such materials that they bring may be taken to the relevant skip by the workers.
With all the old recycling equipment removed, the car park on Palmer's Meadow in Tenbury town centre has been extended with the addition of more than 20 new spaces.
