ONE of Ludlow's leading restaurant owners hopes the town will continue to hold on to its Michelin-starred reputation.
Chris Bradley, who runs Mr Underhill's at Dinham Weir with his wife, Judy, was celebrating after the eating out guide awarded him a coveted star for the 15th year running in its latest ratings.
Ludlow's status as a destination for high-quality food is complemented by the local produce market on the second Thursday of the month which has flourished along with the Marches Food and Drink Festival in September.
