RENTMYHOUSE, Herefordshire's unique lettings management service celebrated their first birthday recently by hosting their first Showcase Evening.
Guests were treated to an evening of Prosecco and canapes at Rentmyhouse's luxurious flagship property, Tower House Penthouse Apartment in St Martin's Street.
Rentmyhouse, who launched in October 2017 offer luxury serviced accommodation (furnished, short term lettings) on behalf of local landlords and have gone from strength to strength in the first 12 months.
They launched with just two properties and now have a portfolio of 16 with more in the pipeline.
Serviced accommodation is the modern way of letting properties on a short-term basis and has increased in popularity with the development of booking portals such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
It offers the flexibility of a home from home with the luxury of a hotel.
The founders of Rentmyhouse, Mike and Carey McKeown brought serviced accommodation to Herefordshire after successfully running their own lettings agency in the county for nearly 10 years.
