Cause for 'encouragement' for housing campaigners in Ludlow
THE rejection by a planning inspector of an appeal against a refusal to build houses near a Ludlow beauty spot should be encouraging for people fighting a development scheme in another part of the town. This is the view of a Ludlow councillor.
