Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257, and Paragraph 1 of Schedule 14, Herefordshire Council, Footpath ER27 (Part) Edwyn Ralph, Public Path Diversion Order 2018
The above order was made on 17th April, 2018 by Herefordshire Council ("the Council"). The effect of the order, if confirmed without modification, will be to divert that part of Public Footpath ER27 in the Parish of Edwyn Ralph running from County Road B4214 at OS Grid Reference SO 6424, 5823 to OS Grid Reference SO 6421, 5813. An alternative footpath will be created, being 3 metres in width, running from County Road B4214 at OS Grid Reference SO 6421, 5821 to re-join the existing footpath at OS Grid Reference SO 6421, 5813.
