Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257, and Paragraph 7 of Schedule 14, Herefordshire Council, Footpath CS10 (Part) Castle Frome, Public Path Diversion Order 2017
On 4th January, 2018 Herefordshire Council ("the Council") confirmed the above order.
The effect of the order, as confirmed, is to divert that part of public footpath CS10 in the Parish of Castle Frome running from OS Grid Reference SO 6720, 4532 to meet with footpath CS8 at OS Grid Reference SO 6741, 4548. An alternative footpath will be created as a replacement, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference
SO 6720, 4532 to meet with footpath CS8 at OS Grid Reference SO 6741, 4549.
The Council has also certified that the terms of Article 3 and 4 of the order have been complied with and the order came into force on the above said confirmation date, but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act, or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within six weeks from the date of this Notice as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
Highways Act 1980 Section 25, the County of Herefordshire District Council, Land at Hill Farm in the Parish of Castle Frome, Public Path Agreement
On 4th January, 2018 the County of Herefordshire District Council ("the Council"), Lloyds Bank plc and Robert Michael Manning completed an agreement made under Section 25 of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the agreement is to create a footpath maintainable at public expense, having a width of 2 metres, running from OS Grid Reference SO 6716, 4530 to join public footpath CS10 at OS Grid
Reference SO 6720, 4532.
Copies of the confirmed order and plan, and agreement and plan, may be seen free of charge at The Bromyard Centre Customer Services, Cruxwell Street, Bromyard, HR7 4EB during normal opening hours. Copies may be purchased on payment of the photocopying charges of the Council. Copies are also available on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.
