Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Public Footpath EY5 Eyton and Public Footpath KL6 (part) Kingsland, Public Path Diversion Order 2017
The above order made on 22nd February, 2017 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert that length of Footpath EY5 Eyton and KL6 (Part) Kingsland as follows: EY5 - The existing route of footpath EY5 running from County Road C1040 at OS Grid Reference SO 4695, 6144 to the Parish Boundary at OS Grid Reference SO 4653, 6135.
KL6 - The existing route of footpath KL6 running from the parish boundary at OS Grid Reference
SO 4653, 6135 (point C on the order plan) to OS Grid Reference SO 4635 6127 (point E on the order
plan).
An alternative footpath will be created as follows: EY5 - The proposed new route of footpath EY5, being 3 metres in width, running from County Road
C1040 at OS Grid Reference SO 4695, 6143 to the parish boundary at OS Grid Reference SO 4653,
6134.
KL6 - The proposed new route of footpath KL6, being 3 metres in width, running from the parish
boundary at OS Grid Reference SO 4653, 6134 to OS Grid Reference SO 4645, 6122.

Copies may be provided on payment of the photocopying charges of Herefordshire Council ("the Council"). Copies are also available on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.

Your details may be made available to third parties. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
