Notice of application for a variation of a premises licence (Section 34 of the act) Mr Mohammed Miah, Red Peppers, 148 High Street, Brierley Hill DY5 3BP Briefly describe the proposed variation from the existing licence or certificate Remove wording on the premises licence under licensing objective of the prevention public nuisance namely whilst the premises are trading as a restaurant no alcohol is to be sold on the premises and the premises are not to be used for live music, discos or karaoke, dancing, exhibition of a film or indoor sporting events The full application can be inspected by contacting the licensing section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays)
Any representations by a responsible authority or interested party must be made in writing between (*Date 19.11.16 and 16.12.16 *) To assistant Director, Law & Goverance, Licensing Services, Unit 1 Hurst Business Park, Narrowboat Way, Brierley Hill, DY5 1UF It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000_
