Notice of Making

Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council made the PUBLIC FOOTPATH HU5, HUMBER (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2022
temporarily closing the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 5506 5546 to SO 5513 5564.

The closure is required while work to install fibre optic cable takes place. There is no alternative route.

The Order came into operation on 30 May 2022 for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
