COTSWOLD DISTRICT COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976 REVISED LICENCE FEES FOR PRIVATE HIRE AND HACKNEY CARRIAGE DRIVERS, VEHICLES AND OPERATORS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Cotswold District Council, in exercise of its powers under Sections 53 and 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, has determined that the fees charged for the licensing of Private Hire and Hackney Carriage Drivers, Vehicles and Operators should vary as specified below:
PRIVATE HIRE AND HACKNEY CARRIAGE DRIVER FEES (3 Year Licence)

The above varied charges will come into effect following the expiration of 28 days from the date of this Notice, i.e. on 31 st March 2022. If any objections are received in response to this notice, then on a date not later than 2 months from the expiration of the 28 days period, the variations shall come into force, with or without modifications, after consideration of the objection(s).
