NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have,under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1059 From Bradleys Comer To C1061, Hampton Charles, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1059 From Bradleys Comer To C1061, Hampton Charles, outside Birches Cottages to 200m South Homelands Lane near field entrance. Grid Ret 360786/261113. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via C1061 Hampton Charles from C2097 onto the B4214 onto the C1062 from A44 to Great Wacton Lane onto the A44 onto the C1060 from A44 to C1059 Juction onto. The said closure is required due to pole testing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 28th of February 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
