NOTICE is given that application will be made to the Magistrates' Court sitting at Princes Street, Swindon on Friday 18 March 2022 at 10am for an order that part of the highway at Ermin Street in Swindon leading from Ermin Street to A420 Oxford Road as indicated on the plan which may be inspected at Wat Tyler House, One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm represented by the part coloured hatched black shall be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary.
