Notice is given SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to make permanent the experimental Order introduced on the 15 July 2020 which introduced 'No Waiting At Any Time' restriction and 'No Waiting Mon-Fri 10am to 12pm (midday)' on Marlborough Lane.The Order will be operative as of 15 January 2022. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 12 January 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
