Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2021
[Experimental Prohibition of Waiting No Loading
and Unloading on Market Walk and Alcester Walk,
Redditch]
On 2 September 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will prohibit waiting no loading and unloading at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Redditch:-Market Walk (both sides) for its entire length. Alcester Walk (both sides) for its entire length. The Order contains exemptions to allow parking/ access for certain purposes.
The Experimental Order will come into operation on 23 September 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. Documents in relation to this Order can be downloaded at

Proposed Order to close that part of A4023 Coventry Highway from its junction with eastbound Exit slip to B4497 Coventry Highway Roundabout to its junction with C2123 Alders Drive Roundabout. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A4023 Coventry Highway Roundabout at B4497 Junction, A4023 Coventry Highway (west bound), A441 Alvechurch Highway, A4189 Warwick Highway, A435 Birmingham Road, A4023 Coventry Highway.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
15 nights (2&00-0&00) Commencing: 8 October 2021. (U31000 Bromsgrove Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021

Order made: to close that part of U31000 Bromsgrove Road from its junction with Birchfield Road to its junction with Plymouth Road. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U31110 Plymouth Road, U31116 Ivor Road, U30100 Evesham Road, C2137 Birchfield Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
16 days Commencing: 16 September 2021. (C2035 Storrage Lane, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2021

Order made: to close that part of C2035 Storrage Lane from its junction with C2291 Redditch Road to its junction with C2044 Icknield Street. Reason: Construct wall chamber around pipe outlet by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2291 Redditch Road, A441 Birmingham Road, B4101 Dagnell End Road, C2044 Icknield Street and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 20 September 2021.
