1 .l/WE Terence Pierre Payen hereby give notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on the 2nd day of June 2020 For a Variation of a licence to operate a premises at The Corners Inn, Kingsland, Leominster. HR6 9RY from which the following licensable activities are proposed

To add the outside area to the plans/licence. To add late night refreshment on and off the premises. To amend Licensable activities and timings. To add non-standard timings to our licence. To remove old conditions and replace with conditions from Herefordshire Council's model pool found on website. Recorded Music (Indoors & Outdoors) Friday & Saturday 18:00 - 24:00, Live Music (Indoors & Outdoors) Friday & Saturday 19:00 - 24:00, Sale & Supply of alcohol (to be consumed on and off the premises) Monday - Saturday 11:00 - 00:30 & Sunday 11:00 - 23:00, Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors) Friday & Saturday 23:00 -24:00. Bank Holiday weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Christmas Eve New Year's Eve 18:00 -01:00 for all licensed activities 2. The full application, giving details about the premise and proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire council. This may be Inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at B St Owen Street, Hereford. HR1 2PJ between the hours of 09:30 - 13:30 (or by prior appointment) Monday to Friday or
