Notice of application to vary a Premise, Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Three Blackbirds Pentre Lane, Llantarnam, Cwmbran, NP44 3AY applied to Torfaen County Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: 1.To extend the terminal hour for the sale of

alcohol and regulated entertainment, in the form of live music, recorded music, performance of dance and late night

refreshment to midnight Fridays & Saturdays on days before a Bank Holiday (closing at 00:30 hours). 2. To remove

conditions of the Premises Licence
