PLANT Derek Of Morningside, Tenbury Wells, Widower to Avril, passed away peacefully at Worcester Royal Hospital in the early hours of Sunday, October, 7th, 2018. Aged 81 years. Having been diagnosed with cancer in 2013, he spent his last few years battling the illness but remaining active in and around the town which had been home for 45 years. A Family man, he spoke proudly of his Sons Phil and Steve, his Grandchildren Claire, Thomas, Bethan and Oscar and more recently Great Grandson Jack. A big character he will be sorely missed by Family and Friends alike. Funeral to take place at St Michael and All Angels Church, St Michaels on Thursday, November 1st, 2018 at 11.30 a.m. Family flowers only.
