BROWN Clee picked up their first point in more than a month with a battling 3-3 draw at home to Shropshire League Division One high-fliers Stoke Heath.

Clee’s last points came on the road at Denso at the start of September when a Josh Bayliss hat-trick helped to an 8-3 win.

This time the goals came from Phil Brick, Gareth Horler and Ben Wilkinson.

Wrockwardine Wood Juniors, the team directly above Clee in the table, make the trip to Hall Meadow on Saturday.

Craven Arms Town’s game at Gobowen Celtic in the Premier Division was postponed.

In the Herefordshire FC Charity Bowl, there was disappointment for Orleton Colts as they were beaten 7-1 by visitors Kington Town Reserves.

And there will be little respite for Colts to head to the Herefordshire League Premier Division leaders on Saturday for a league match.

Orleton Colts Reserves were without a game on Saturday but play host to Division One strugglers Fownhope Reserves this weekend.

Bishop's Castle ran out 2-1 winners at Waterloo Rovers in Division Two of the Montgomeryshire Amateur League, a victory that saw them leap-frog their hosts and climb to second in the table.

Niall Thomas and Sam Jones bagged the goals.

Castle are at home to Division Two side Trefonen in the first round of the Newtown AFC League Cup on Saturday.
