CLEOBURY Mortimer prepared for a pair of promotion showdowns by cruising to a perfect 10-wicket win over Almeley on Saturday.
Ed Kemp’s men wiped out their visitors for 75 with Sam Evans (7-13) claiming the bulk of the wickets and providing four of Cleobury’s 12 maiden overs.
Ewan Cardwell (18) top-scored but Almeley could not lay a glove with home openers Nick Griffiths (41*) and Kemp (25) finding the boundary 10 times between them to roar to 76 without loss in response.

Knighton were dismissed for 162, a total the hosts soon surpassed with 163 for two from 31 overs.
