IN-FORM James Pratt was at the double as Ludlow eased to a 4-1 victory over Solihull in a largely one-sided contest.
Lawrence Richards lunged in to score the opener with Pratt adding a second within three minutes.
A brief defensive lapse allowed the visitors to reduce the arrears but Ludlow pressed for the rest of the first half and continued to dominate after the interval.
Pratt made it 3-1 15 minutes into the second half and his strike was quickly followed by a fourth from Jake Watts who had another goal disallowed late on.
The ladies travelled light of several players to Presteigne for a double-header and lost 3-0 to hand their opponents a 6-0 double result.
Tenbury’s ladies secured a 2-2 draw with Redditch courtesy of Vicky Jones and a deflected strike from Kate Mifflin.
