LUDLOW RFC could find themselves up against North Midlands Shield holders Kidderminster Carolians.
Last year’s winners have a bye in the first round of this year’s competition and will face the winners of Ludlow’s trip to Edwardians.
A slightly less daunting task for Clee Hill who were handed a home draw in the preliminary round against Woodrush.
Both ties will be played on September 3.
Cleobury Mortimer are at home to Old Yardleians in the first round of the competition.
Tenbury have been drawn away at Birmingham Exiles in the North Midlands Vase with the winners of that game at home to Five Ways Old Eds.
Bishop’s Castle avoided the preliminary round and were given a home clash with Yardley & District.
Church Stretton will also be on home soil after being paired with Bromyard.
