CLEE Hill were brought down to earth when they were hammered 32-0 at Willenhall in Midlands Three West (North).
The visitors failed to register a point on their travels despite putting in a strong performance in their 10-10 draw with Burntwood last time out.
Captain Matt Bowen said it was not his team's day.
"We had a nightmare really," he said.
"We never turned up. If we had played as well as we did last week we would have had a good chance. They had a good team but it wasn't our day.
"It was a wake up call for us."
He said Clee Hill came close on a couple of occasions but this was mainly towards the end of the game when the scoreline wasn't in doubt.
Clee Hill are without a game this weekend.
