Ludlow were beaten 31-21 at home by Stoke-on-Trent in Midlands One West and saw their comfort gap at the foot of the table cut to points difference by Barkers Butts’ win over Northwich.
But Tenbury took the bragging rights in their local derby with Clee Hill in Midlands Four West (North), gaining a 22-10 win at Palmer’s Meadow.
In the same division, Bishops Castle also gained a welcome win with a home 11-5 victory against Bromyard.
Cleobury Mortimer remain in trouble near the foot of Midlands Three West (North) after a 14-12 home defeat by Stourbridge Lions.
Tenbury United performed creditably in a narrow 1-0 defeat by West Midlands League Division Two leaders Ledbury Town.
