LUDLOW RFC moved out of the danger zone at the foot of Midlands One West with a 32-13 wn at fellow-strugglers Camp Hill.
But elsewhere, it was a mixed day for the Advertiser regions rugby sides.
Edwardians beat Cleobury Mortimer 34- 6 while Clee Hill went down 18-5 at home to Cannock.
But Tenbury gained an excellent away win when they won 14-13 at Uttoxeter while Bishops Castle’s revival continues with a 20-6 win at Telford Hornets.
Church Stretton stay at the top of the Mercian League Premier Division after a 2-1 success over Telford Juniors while there was a welcome win for embattled Tenbury United, 3-2 at home against Ettingshall Park Farm.
