Flowfit Ludlow and District Bowls League set for doubles competition

THE Flowfit Ludlow and District Bowls League Doubles competition takes place at Ludlow Town Bowling Club on Sunday.

Twenty-eight teams will be competing in this year’s event.

Fixtures: First round 10am Steve Burmingham and Ben Allen v Mike and Andrew Jackson. Colin and Matt Lane v Phil and Nathan Baker; Pete Griffiths and Carl Davies v Dave Warrington and Richard Pinchin. Richard Harrington and Nicky Beard v Clive Rushton and Tony Partridge.

11am Steve Roberts and Andy Brookes v Simon Parsonage and Wayne Rogers. Simon Lane and Dave Wilding v Adam Dovey and Claire Williams. Jesse James and Lee Wilding v Sarah Desborough and Graham Lane; Mick McCoy and Graham Prince v Tom and Clive Harrington.

12pm Josh and Jolyon Partridge v Gary Biggs and Gerry Haynes. Tony Cowdale and Derek Bishop v Russell Davies and Chris Dovey. Carl Bowen and Graham Pritchard v Mark and Laurence Rogers. Jimmy Green and Pat Collier v Colin Blent and Bert Morris.
