KATE Woodhouse will be putting her best foot forward for Ludlow Town Football Club next month.
Town’s matchday secretary is taking part in a 10-mile charity walk for Promise Dreams, whose patron includes Wolves legend Steve Bull.
Kate has been supported in her fundraising efforts by former Hereford United and England striker Bull, who gave a talk at Town’s SBS Stadium.
Her team is called Ludlow Town Football Club and the walk, from Himley Hall to Wolverhampton Racecourse, is on June 10.
Kate said: “The majority of the money will be going to Promise Dreams, a local children’s charity dedicated to fulfilling the dreams of seriously ill and terminally ill children and their families.
“Ten per cent of the funds will also be going to the Dudley and Wolverhampton Mayoral charities.”
To support Kate in her fundraising efforts, send her an e-mail at: woodliverpool8@hotmail.co.uk or call 07969 427759.
