HEREFORD have signed young defender Tom Harrison from Bristol City on an initial month-long loan deal.
The defender who follows fellow defender Harvey Smith from Championship side's under-23 squad can play anywhere across the back four.
He comes in to help the current injury problems with Ryan Green suffering a tendon injury during Saturday's 2-0 defeat against Ashton United.
Interim Head Coach, Gareth Davies told the official Hereford FC: “He’s highly rated by Brian Tinnion and everyone at Bristol City. He’s a natural leader, which is fantastic, he’s just the type of player that we need at the moment.
“He’s got a good level of aggression that he channels in the right way, and I feel that he will really add something to the squad.”
Harrison is available for selection for tomorrow’s FA Cup game against Truro City at Edgar Street.
