TENBURY and Bishop’s Castle face important rugby games this weekend but for contrasting reasons.

The former have been cast adrift at the foot of Midlands Four West (South) but could give themselves a boost with victory over a Redditch side who sit one place above them.

When the sides met at Tenbury earlier in the season it was Redditch who ran out 32-14 victors so head coach Andy Black will be hoping his side can avenge that defeat.

For Bishop’s Castle, victory over fellow Midlands Five West (North) high-fliers Linley could take them top if leaders Greyhound come unstuck at Chaddesley Corbett.

Linley just edged the clash in Staffordshire back in November and Castle will be looking for an instant return to winning ways after losing to Greyhound in their last match.

Elsewhere, Ludlow face Leek and Cleobury Mortimer head to Spartans in Midlands Two West (North) while in Midlands Four West (North) Clee Hill and Church Stretton have away games at Eccleshall and Essington.
