LETHAL marksman John Mills says he wants to keep banging in the goals for Hereford.

Mills has hit a century of goals for the Bulls in just two seasons and says he wants to stay at Edgar Street, as long as manager Pete Beadle wants him.

"We haven't spoken yet, but I'm more than happy to stay," said Mills.

"That is up to the gaffer, but if he wants me here, I'll be here.

"It's a good little run that I've got and I want to carry that on as much as I can.

"Goals are a bonus for me and that is what I'm here to do.

"I knew I had a target at the start of the season and to be fair I left it a little bit late, but I got there in the end.

"But as long as we win games and do the right things, that's the most important thing."

Mills has never played in the Southern Premier League, but says he is up for the challenge.

"Next season will be even harder but we've got a squad that is strong, we score goals and don't concede many," said Mills.

"We've got a good base for next season and hopefully it will be another promotion push next season.

"Some of us are new to it, but it doesn't matter what standard we're at, we'll do exactly the same thing .
