"We are doing all we can to keep our pricing structure as competitive as possible, while also attempting to fall in line with the clubs we will be visiting in the Southern League Premier next season," said Hereford FC commercial director George Webb.
"We feel we have come up with a fair, reasonable structure, and even with the small increase we believe season tickets represent excellent value for money – especially when you consider we have taken another step up the football pyramid and that there will be 23 home league games next season rather than 21.
"One of our most important aims was to again ensure that a family of four could still attend a game at Edgar Street for around £20 as we believe this represents fantastic value and encourages a new generation of supporters to continue to come to games.
"The sight of so many youngsters enjoying football at Edgar Street these days is really pleasing and this is something we know we must strive to build on as we move forward.
"The benefits of buying a season ticket remain the same as previous seasons and include being able to guarantee a specific seat for the season and not having to queue for a ticket every matchday.
"However, this year there are also extra savings to be made compared to paying matchday admission prices, when you consider adult and concession prices will increase by £1 should we be in the top six places once eight league fixtures have been played.
"As usual, season ticket holders will have the first opportunity to buy tickets for away games where our allocation is limited, get a 10% discount on merchandise purchased from the club shop at Edgar Street, and also 25% off your bill when visiting Yates’ Bar and Restaurant (our Season Ticket sponsor) on Commercial Road in Hereford."
