DAVE Fish continued his burst of form by winning the Shropshire & Herefordshire County Open.
After finishing tied on 141 after 36 holes, Dave won at the first play-off hole against Matt Harrison at Herefordshire Golf Club to become only the third Ludlow member to win the prestigious event.
Wayne Gardner, Kevin Humphries and Mark Brabazon were the victors in Ludlow Golf Club’s Junior Captain’s Day.
The Stableford competition was decided by a single point with the triumphant trio scoring 83. Nick Giles, Mark Giles and Alan Reid were the runners-up.
Neill Smith won Division One of the August Bogey by beating the course by 3 holes.
Martin Langford and Mike Gardner each finished on two up. Division Two was won by Guy Jordan on a countback after finishing tied with Guy Jordan and Alan Reid on one up. Bob Burt finished on top in Division Three with one up, a single score ahead of Peter Reeves in second.
