BOTH the Newnham Bridge and Tenbury Wells Summer Darts Leagues held a finals night at the Fountain Inn.

The Stable came out on top in the Newnham Bridge event, with the Sun and Slipper coming runner-up.

The latter also took home the knock-out cup after beating the Fountain.

However, Fountain members Mark and Natasha Griffiths won the the mixed doubles competition, while Matt Sheehan, Tom Green and Colin Collier of Sun and Slipper winning the trebles.

Sheehan also won the men's singles, with Becky Jones of Black Boy scooping the ladies prize.

Sun and Slipper players Selwyn Green and Vic Thomason beat team-mates Brian Baldwin and Richard Pollard to win the doubles with HRS Sports being the most sporting team.

In the Tenbury Wells Summer Darts League finals night, Tavern B beat Vaults B.

Tavern B members Nick Jones and Evonne Taylor won the mixed doubles competition, with Jones finishing on a 121 finish.

Team-mates Rob, Ronnie and Pete Burton won the trebles, with Pete and Ronnie also coming on top in the doubles.

Pete also won the men's singles, with Keri Dobbins of Kings Head B winning the ladies.

The Knock-out Cup went to Eardiston CC after they beat Tavern B and most sporting team was Kings Head B.
