CLEE Hill United have a tea-time treat at Oswestry Lions this Saturday - because of live television coverage.
However, the television cameras should have gone before the arrival of Wayne Whitbread’s side for their Mercian League Division One match.
Whitbread explained: “Oswestry Lions pitch-share with The New Saints and St Martins and TNS’ match is being screened live for Welsh television in the afternoon.
“I don’t think we’ve ever been delayed due to a live coverage before - but sadly it won’t be us on the television.”
TNS are top of the Welsh Premier and their game against Bangor City is being shown live on the S4C Sgorio programme.
Hill’s match will kick-off at around 5.30pm and Whitbread expects a long day.
“Adam Warren should be back but James Clifford is away,” said Whitbread. “We will look to take a bus and have a few stops on the way home.”
There was disappointment for Hill last weekend after a 2-0 home defeat against Ketley Town in the Shropshire FA Junior Challenge Cup fourth round.
Whitbread said: “We played very well, particularly in the secondhalf and we never gave up.
“We started very slowly and conceded a goal after six minutes but that was the only negative from the lads.”
He added: "Ketley’s second goal was a stunning 35-yard volley after the ball had struck our defensive wall."
