Bike aces gearing up for Clifton-on-Teme Motoduro on March 24

BIKE aces from all over the region will be flocking to Clifton-on-Teme this month.

Seniors and juniors will be battling it out for honours at the action-packed Clifton-on-Teme Motoduro on March 24.

“There is a massive interest this year so people must get their entries back to avoid disappointment,” said Nick Clarke, Clifton Off Road event secretary.

“This year’s track is even better and has something for everyone.

“We are running under regulations so that we can accommodate junior riders of all ages.”

The motocross event will see competitors race in a circuit of open fields, woodland and extreme sections for titles in main events, as well as junior and youth races.

The bikers will race along a four-mile track from the church.

Clarke thanked Bob Crump and family for their help and co-operation towards providing the venue.

He added that camping will be available, with food and other facilities provided.

The spectacle is free for fans to watch.

A pre-booked entry for riders costs £35 or £40 on the day. For details, call Nick Clarke on 07790 357790 or e-mail cor.regs@btinternet.com
