Ludlow Rugby Club ready for Shropshire rivals Whitchurch in Midlands One West derby

LUDLOW Rugby Club travel to Shropshire rivals Whitchurch this Saturday for an important derby in Midlands One West.

Dave Irish’s Ludlow will be aiming to avenge a 26-10 defeat against Whitchurch at The Linney in September.

Ludlow are fifth-from-bottom, with 21 points, after four wins and 10 defeats. Whitchurch are fifth in the table.

Ludlow’s annual friendly against Tenbury last weekend was rained off.

Meanwhile, second-bottom Cleobury Mortimer visit Bloxwich in Midlands Three West (North).

Eighth-placed Clee Hill host Harborne, while third-from-bottom Bishop’s Castle entertain B a r t o n - u n d e r- Needwood, both in Midlands Four West (North)
