Local derby win for Tenbury against Clee Hill

TENBURY kept up their winning streak in Midlands Four West (North) with a 27-18 win in their local derby clash with Clee Hill.

It was not such a good day for the other regional rugby sides.

Ludlow lost 39-29 at Barkers Butts while Cleobury Mortimer lost 43-5 at Stourbridge Lions and Bishop’s Castle lost 22-5 at Bromyard.

Meanwhile, Church Stretton have gone top of the Mercian League after a 2-0 home win over Ketley Bank United.

But Tenbury United had another bad day and lost 5-2 at Ettingshall Park Farm.
