THE Greatest Christmas Awards 2016 is a national competition for the horticultural industry; a panel of judges visited more than 100 centres to judge displays on imagination and attractiveness and presented the Silver Award to Burford House Garden Store.
“We were absolutely delighted with the feedback we received from our customers over the festive season and now to have won this award is fantastic and I would like to thank the whole team for creating such amazing displays,” said Paul Benson, manager of Burford House Garden Store.
“Amazing displays aren’t just at Christmas at Burford House, having such a creative team there’s always something new to look at!
Burford House and Gardens is home to Burford House Garden Store, a café-bar, hairdressers and the Burford House shopping emporium. There is also a salvage shop and yard with some interesting bygone items for sale.
To the rear of the house, there are free-to-enter, beautiful gardens which are being lovingly restored by the 'Garden Angels'.
