HALLOWEEN has overtaken Valentine's Day to become the UK's third most popular retail event after Christmas and Easter.
And if any proof were need that the popularity of the event has crossed the Atlantic then you only had to be at Knighton-on-Teme Caravan Park to see the fun being had by all ages.
As is traditional, a magnificent display of carved pumpkins was at the centre of events while a spectacular bonfire kept all the visitors warm.
