A GARDEN centre near Tenbury is involved in a national 'Design a Christmas Card' competition, now in its fifth year.
Children have to use their imagination to design a Christmas card and the winner will receive £150, gardening goodies and see their design used nationwide.
Seven runners-up will each receive £50 of national gardening gift vouchers.
Entry forms are now available from Burford House garden store and the competition is open to all children who will be 12 or under on the closing date of October 23.
“It’s wonderful to see all the Christmas card designs the children have created and it’s a great way for parents to keep children occupied as the evenings draw in,” said Paul Benson, manager at Burford House garden store.
There is also a competition for schools giving children the opportunity to have their design printed nationwide and receive £1,000 of national gift vouchers for their school.
All entry forms have to be returned to Burford House garden store.
