IT is still not too late for people in Tenbury and the Teme Valley to step out for a good cause this weekend.
Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is hosting its annual Rock Pound the Bounds walks on Sunday (May 1) to raise money for its lifesaving service.
Rock Pound the Bounds takes walkers and runners across a variety of terrain, while taking in spectacular views of the Worcestershire countryside, from Rock in Kidderminster.
Routes include a marathon or half marathon, 18, nine or six-mile routes, or a three-mile treasure trail for young families.
“Rock Pound the Bounds is the perfect bank holiday activity to suit all abilities,” said Michelle McCraken, fund raising manager for the Midland Air Ambulance Charity.
Entry fees will directly fund future Midlands Air Ambulance Charity missions, helping us to save more lives across the region.”
