A 56-year-old businessman is to stand trial after pleading not guilty to illegally importing and possessing pistols and rifles.
Gary Mumford, of Fulhams, Sutton, Tenbury Wells, pleaded not guilty at Worcester Crown Court to having weapons including an AK47, an M4AR rifle and Heckler Koch G3 and Browning self loading rifles between September 11 and September 19, 2014 without proper authority.
He also pleaded not guilty to illegally owning a Glock pistol between the same dates. Both charges involve alleged breaches of his government licence.
Mumford also denied being knowingly concerned in illegally importing ten self-loading pistols between June 8, 2015 and June 13, 2015.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Hereford Crown Court for a five-day trial starting on March 14.
