WORK has started on a six month programme to improve water supplies to villages around Tenbury.
Welsh Water are undertaking the £2 million scheme that will involve the replacement of water mains supplying Little Hereford and Bleathwood.
Engineers began the project last Monday (October 12).
People living in the area should not have any interruption to their water supplies.
However, there will be delays to traffic in the area during the next six months whilst the project is on-going.
