A SCHOOL near Tenbury has been invaded by Vikings but this was purely a friendly visit.
The Norse warriors set up village at Abberley Hall School as part of the new term celebrations.
“It was a very successful and exciting weekend – a great way to start our new school year,” said Abberley Hall School marketing manager Victoria Beswick.
She said that the Viking warriors, in the form of the Staffordshire-based Y Ddraig group, displayed their fighting skills, with pupils.
